My family recently purchased a home on Lake Nokomis in Tomahawk Wisconsin. We used the services of Lakeland Realty and the absolute best real agent we have ever dealt with Matt Wallmow. When we first contacted Matt we had so many questions about which lake and town we wanted and he took all the time needed to explain all the different lakes and areas and really listened to what we wanted as a family home. When we found the homes we wanted to look at Matt set up all the showings and toured us through each and every home all the while letting us look around and decide what worked best. Once we decided he was an expert on guiding us through the paperwork and also working with the other party on a bit of a complicated offer as we asked for extra items. Matt went to the closing with us just to make sure all was taken care of on our end. AND THE MOST AMAZING PART IS we asked Matt to meet a business person at the new house weeks after closing as we could not be there and he took care of everything. We will definitely use Matt and Lakeland Realty again and HIGHLY recommend you do too!

Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
